Enzyme Black Deadline (2012) Strings - fancy remixing?

After having a conversation with Kaje about the strings on the track sounding like Freddie Hubbard's intro to Little Sunflower (a big influence on the sound for sure) I've decided to post them up in isolation to see if any of the producers on board fancy doing a remix. I will be doing a remix release package in the near future and it would be great if someone from here managed to do something worth putting out. I've also posted the 'BLACKapella' should any of you fancy using the vox too.

I think i have the correct BPM but they still dont fit right

Steve, don't give up ! I am a big fan of Danny's track so I bought it from Traxsource. I still haven't finished my remix of this track either !!! There's so much software you could use to help lock in the bpm. I used Ableton live but because the source is melodic I did not want to lock it down in its entirety. Instead, I ran the sample through a vocoder with a sidechain which was locked to my drums to give a stutter type effect.

I'm sure the guru Danny will elaborate a lot more and help you on your way with this one.

yeah its a great track i purchased it myself

I am using Acid rewired into reason
never attempted side chaining yet maybe i need too look into that

Yeah have a play with sidechaining - well worth it. Also worth having a play with the sample using the sampler in Reason !
